This is inspired by the movie “Metal Lords”, it was decent, it should have been so much better. There was a potential for a great movie, but Hunter was way too douchey. However listening to all those great metal songs put me into a metal mood. Here are the best metal songs of all-time. Okay not really, but about the best 20 metal songs of all-time. They are in no particular order.

My rankings are based on if it’s metal enough according to Hunters scale if it was metal enough. I scanned through several lists of the best metal songs of all-time. I reserve the right to add more songs at any time.

Although they kick butt I’ve never considered the mighty Zep a metal band, they just rock with authority. I’m including them here as they were on many lists of greatest metal songs of all-time. 20) Led Zeppelin “Immigrant Song”:
