In honor of all the amazing men and women who fought, died, supported from afar, family members and eradicated Europe of the scourge of Hitler and Nazism this blog is dedicated to. One of those main groups who this is dedicated to is the brave soldiers who landed in Normandy and other places on june 6th, 1944. Although that was 80 years ago let’s never forget their brave sacrifice.

A special mention of my ancestor Melvin Cowdell who died on that fateful day oh so long ago.
