(Started October 22nd, 2024) The Not the Best Songs from Apple’s iPod Commercials

Hello,

This is a rough countdown. I made my initial rankings based on the video below. I then went through and listened to all of the songs full length and adjusted the rankings as needed. These are my opinions.

Here’s all of the ads thanks to YouTube:

After listening to the full length version of this song this song shot up these rankings. Steriogram “Walkie Talkie Man”:

Brendan Benson “What I’m Looking For”:

Quantric and Nickodemus featuring Tempo & The Candela All-Stars “Me Swing Is Tropical”:

Propellerheads “Take California”:

Bonus song: I wish that Apple had used this Propellerheads songs instead. Although “Take California” is a perfectly fine song. Propellerheads featuring Shirley Bassey “History Repeating”:

Mary J. Blige “Work That”:

Gorillaz “Feel Good Inc.”:

Paul McCartney “Dance Tonight”:

Fiest “1,2,3,4”:

Daft Punk “Technologic”:

I’m not a fan of Eminem at all. I only have 5 Eminem songs on my iTunes and three of those are duets with much more talented performers. Eminem “Lose Yourself”:

The Resource featuring Jimmy Napes “Gimme That”:

Wynton Marsalis “Sparks”:

Feature Cast “Channel Surfing”:

Cut Chemist “The Audience Is Listening”:

I know that Bob Dylan is a legend, but to me he is overrated. I’m not a fan at all. He has written some great songs, but when he starts to sing I say please stop. Along with those few classics he has written a lot of crap. Bob Dylan “Someday Baby”:
