(Finished January 20th, 2026) Part 10 of Best Country Songs That Give You The Feels

Hello,

This series of blogs is inspired by TIm McGraw’s “Red Ragtop”, a song I heard on a recent morning walk. I won’t be adding Dolly Parton’s “Little Andy”- that song is just too damn sad for me. Feels come in both happy and sad varieties. But songs with sad feels seem to be more meaningful.

154) Tim McGraw “Don’t Take The Girl”:

155) Hardy featuring Lainey Wilson “wait in the truck”:

156) Craig Morgan “This Ain’t Nothin’”:

157) The Highwomen “The Chain”:

158) Toby Keith “I Know A Wall When I See One”:

159) The Pirates of Mississippi “Feed Jake”:

160) Clint Black “No One Gets Off In This Town”:

161) Brandy Clark “Since You’ve Gone To Heaven”:

162) The Band Perry “End of Time”:

163) The Highwaymen “Desperados Waiting For A Train”:

164) Collin Raye “I Can Still Feel You”:

165) Clint Black “The Goodnight Loving”:

166) Marynn Taylor “Dads and Daughters”:

This is the second time this song appears in this blog series. I did that on purpose as I love this song so much and Miranda sings the hell out of it. Easily one of the greatest songs of all-time. 167) Miranda Lambert “Over You”:

168) Tanya Tucker “Lizzie and the Rainman”:

169) Ronnie Milsap “Smokey Mountain Rain”:

170) Reba McEntire “Somebody’s Chelsea”:
